Kala on Canvas Rang Rangeela Bharat National Student Art Competition 2016 was organized by Kala Aakar Group and Thoughts on Canvas. Senior Artist Sandeep Rawal Sir was the Judge for the competition. I am lucky to be on the winners list of this competition which had a large number of paintings. I won Bronze Award under ‘Group C’ Category.
Theme : Rang Rangeela Bharat
This is my painting sent for the competition. I included a dancer, Theyyam dance of Kerala, Mahabalipuram Shore Temple of Tamilnadu and The Snake Boat Race of Kerala.
Medium : Acrylic
My painting along with other winners was exhibited at Hudco Art Gallery, New Delhi on December 18, 2016. Above painting can be seen at the background in the photo below at the art gallery.
