Here come the White Sauce Pasta Recipe from Meghna’s Kitchen. It has been a long time, I posted something in my Kitchen section 🙂 … Due to many reasons, this recipe took a long time to post.. school, dance programmes and art classes and competitions. So here it goes on an Exam Day. To relieve tension of Annual Examination 🙂 🙂 White Sauce Pasta prepared by me…. A common recipe known to everyone though!!!

Cook the macroni / pasta in water with a little salt. Used about 1 cup of pasta. Should not become sticky. Wash in normal water and drain. Keep aside.

Now the other ingredients.. I used 1 tsp of Corn flour made into a paste in water, garlic chopped, pepper powder, pizza seasoning, butter, cheese cube, fresh cream, milk and to give an Indian flavour some coriander and Mint leaves finely chopped.

Coming to the cooking method, 1 tsp of butter in a pan, add the garlic and saute for few seconds. Add pepper powder and some pizza seasoning according to your taste. Now add the corn flour paste along with a glass of milk. Mix it well without lumps. Add salt to taste. Add fresh cream when the sauce starts to thicken and switch of the stove.

Add the cooked pasta and mix well. Grate the cheese cube and add on top of the pasta. Add the mint and coriander leaves too and mix well. Add more seasoning if you wish to…

My white sauce pasta is a simple one, but more vegetables can be added to make it more healthy and colourful!!.
