At last, the final painting of my Bāla Series- Bāla Meenakshi!
It is popular lore that Goddess Parvati incarnated as Meenakshi Devi, the daughter of Malayadhwaja Pandyan and ruled as the Empress of Madurai. As a young girl, She captivated the hearts of everyone with Her beautiful fish-shaped eyes and bright round face that resembled the shining moon. She grew up to learn all the 64 arts and became a Queen who conquered several kingdoms and ruled over Madurai as their ever-favourite Madurai Arasi! 💚❤️
