On the auspicious first day of this year’s Navaratri, let us welcome Bāla Durga, an adorable version of the warrior Goddess. She mounts the majestic tiger, holds various powerful weapons, and unleashes Her divine wrath against the cunning asuras, liberating Her devotees.
The most worshiped form of Adi Parashakti, Durga Devi is most often portrayed in a fierce battle form, but always with a soothing smile on Her bright face!
