Mahalakshmi is one of the most widely worshipped Devis. The Goddess of Wealth, Devi Mahalakshmi is worshipped as Shrī, Narayani, Padmaja, Kamala and in various other forms. The eight prominent manifestations of Mahalakshmi are the Ashtalakshmis, and they represent the eight sources of wealth. She is the divine consort of Lord Mahavishnu and accompanies Him in His various avatars on earth as Sita, Radha, Rukmini and so on.
On this auspicious sixth day of Navaratri 2024, let us pray to Goddess Bāla Mahalakshmi to bestow upon us prosperity, fortune and abundance in all spheres of life.
